Two kinds of allocation.

Each card shows where returns come from and the main risks. We do not publish return projections.

Alpha strategies

Market-making and funding-rate vaults. Returns come from spreads and funding payments; the vaults also supply opening depth to GPU markets.

Main risks: Inventory and jump risk; smart-contract risk; returns can be negative.

Compute credit

Index-priced, hedged GPU financing assets issued by licensed issuers. Returns come from borrower interest, net of hedge cost.

Main risks: Borrower default; residual-value risk; lock-up periods.
Returns can be negative and you may lose principal. Past performance does not indicate future results. Available to qualified professional investors only.
Compute credit products are issued by licensed third-party issuers. Teraline does not lend or guarantee.

Why it exists: on-chain capital supplies liquidity, so core trading and financing can grow.

// How mandates work

Bind → Govern → Prove.

01

Bind

Each agent gets a unique, signed identity tied to your account.

02

Govern

Every action is checked for identity, intent and limits before it runs.

03

Prove

Each decision is signed and anchored on-chain, including rejections.

Safety boundaries

Smart-contract accounts you control
Revocable session keys with expiry dates
Interaction only with allow-listed vaults
A rules engine decides — not the model
