Business boundaries
We do not lend, guarantee or custody. Financing comes 100% from third parties; on-chain funds stay in vault contracts or the allocator’s own accounts.
Restricted regions
No trading services for US persons or residents of mainland China. Trading interfaces apply region checks and wallet screening.
Export controls
Every financing passes asset-eligibility checks with card-by-card provenance. Assets held by China-controlled entities or based on restricted hardware are not served.
Investor access
Vaults and compute credit are for qualified professional investors outside the US. Compute credit is issued by licensed third-party issuers.
Agent governance
Agents act only within signed mandates, interact only with allow-listed contracts, and every decision is signed and recorded.
Index governance
Independent calculation, public methodology and a conflicts policy separating the index from financing and trading.
Security audits
Smart contracts and infrastructure are audited before mainnet launch. Reports will be linked here once published.
