We match financings and publish an index. Governance is how we keep those apart.

Under construction

Index committee

Oversees methodology, reviews exceptions and approves changes. Includes members independent of the commercial business.

Independent calculation agent

Calculates and publishes index values under contract, separate from Teraline’s financing and trading activities.

Conflicts of interest

The index business is separated from financing match-making and market activity, with information barriers and logged access.

Complaints

Any user may submit a complaint about index values or process. Responses are tracked and reported.

IOSCO principles self-assessment

A self-assessment against the IOSCO Principles for Financial Benchmarks will be published before launch.
